Fit adjustment question

Rans Enduro sport.

Set is set so that I can lock my knee (clipless) but it does not lock when spinning.

Disassembly Questions

2012 Cannondale CADD 8, left side of crank has pin holes for turning, and the inside a hex nut. I'm guessing the circular pin ring comes off the release the crank....

Rescued again

8 miles into my ride, got bad gassy and bloated, and neck pain. Wife picked me up. 220 beautiful miles this month, and crash on the last day. Next month will be better.
