Even then, that's really more a hub to dropout/fork relationship. I run centreline X rotors on 350 hubs on my roubaix as above and im 123kg and can drop 1400w in a sprint. Haven't had too many issues...

I think a Brooks cambium would look good on it with some black leather bar tape. The most important thing is you get fit for saddle width. Your current saddles may be too wide or too thin

I did similar to turn an alloy Focus Mares into a commuter. Road tyres and gearing is all thats really required. I went from 46/36 28T 35c tyres to 50/34 30T 28c tyres and it rolls fine and dandy

Finally had a puncture on my 28C Gavia's the other day. Stan's standard sealant got it fine. Lost about 4psi, and the tyres have been airtight since.

Been waiting for a chance to try my dynaplugs...
