Not sure what you ate had anything to do with feeling poorly but I eat the same thing most mornings: Steel cut oats with raisins, fruit (apple, banana or blueberries) milk, yogurt and sliced almonds....

I’ve used an s-works tricross carbon for the last three years and it’s been fine. I’ve changed out the rear derailleur and done normal maintenance but I don’t wash it very often in the winter.

It doesn’t matter although it would be better if the bikes were set up the same. Personally, I leave my summer bike on the trainer and use the winter one for riding outdoors.
