Don't think that's true. Tryker tires are flat. Trikes don't lean on turns as do 2 wheelers. I believe Tryker tires on a 2 wheelers would be dangerous in turns.

My go to tire is Schwalbe Marathon Green Guard. Surprisingly fast for a heavy tire, nice ride and good flat protection. Have 3k miles on my Xootr Swift and good for at least another 3.
