My original Raleigh Blue Streak came with full fenders back in the 60ís. That bike and the fenders are long gone.

I got another in my old age. This one has to make do with aftermarket bluemels....

53 Hercules

I have a black 53 Hercules with Chrome fenders, like the one you have. Mine however has the tourist head badge. Other wise the chain guard and decals seem to be the same.

It looks to be 116 bcd, and has Williams chainring bolts. Actually it looks like the whole set could have been Williams, but I think they used 6 3/4...

I have seen that, but I like the 40 hole, 4 cross layout and I am pretty sure I can get rims.

actually the 40/32 system is about ideal for most practical bikes.
