Adjusting rear cassette on surly lht.

Need help getting bike to quit jumping gears and missing some. It's a 2009 Surly long haul complete, shifted fine when new, but after riding for awhile , cables stretching and changing handlebars...

Got mine from Outside Outfitters online. Torrelli is the brand , that size not on thier website have to call. They sent me some though in that size for $4.50 for my new Surly LHT.
