biking season is too short to miss a lot of time. My backup bike isn't perfect, but what
the heck.

Bought my 54 Diverge when 54/56 were available. Went to 2 LBS and they both recommended the 54. I'm 5'9 with a 30 inch inseam. After 600 miles I'm still happy with the 54.
