I don't know about the weekends (avoid the mup then), but during the week, there are lots less on it here. People are getting back to work, shopping, going to restaurants, other "normal" activities...

I have no speed limit. I will go as fast as the hill and/or conditions will allow me. One of the hills near my house will get me north of 50mph if I hammer at it.

Local ountain descents are good...
