i run f7 and as a training wheel they are fine. stayed true untill i had a crash.
but they are hard to re true because the spokes come so tight.

i have cannondale le carbon gloves leather palm with no padding. had them for 6 months no loose stitches no holes. They are a lot more comfortable than padded gloves IMO.l
