You're ahead of schedule! Take a day off if you need. Maybe try keeping your heart rate down to make it easier. You'll go slower but at least you'll get the miles.

40 pounds is pretty awesome. I got a scale yesterday and would love to drop 40 pounds. My old cycling gear fits me like Fat guy in a little coat.

2 more posts needed. Got back at it again today and ripped out a 15.6 mi ride on the Cervelo. Average speed 18.3 mph. Avg power 158w.

Signed up for the Tour de Paris 35 mile ride this weekend....

Just picked up a Caledonia 105. Test rode a Trek Emonda and thought it felt cheap and really didn't like the feel at all. The shop didn't have the Domane to test out.
