Ty! It is! And I feel so much better after this...

Ty! It is! And I feel so much better after this ride than my 19 mile ride over much less elevation. Just feels awesome to have noticeable improvement over just a few weeks/rides.

It's part of their policy. They mailed out a big thing earlier in spring about how Roadside Assistance now included bicycles, as well as advertising it in their magazine they send out every so often....

Yeah it's awful. Has only happened on one path here by me, but it's so gross. I just put my head down and then just hear them pelting off my helmet. Pretty sure I've ate one too. Ewww. So nasty!
