Did a good 125km on Saturday on the local hammerfest then did beers in the park all afternoon. Sunday was too hungover too make it out for a club ride but did 5x5x5 V02's on the trainer later on....

I was 150.4lbs on Saturday morning after a rest week. Down about 2lbs from a week earlier. Not too shabby considering I wasn't training. Didn't drink any booze though so that probably helped.
