I think he is looking for info on optimum heart rates for training and such. I don't know the numbers, but there are ranges where you want to keep your heart for maximum efficiency while training. ...

Motorcycles have the clutch and shift lever located on the left side. Front and rear brake levers are located on the right side. Shifting on left, braking on right. It keeps everything seperated.
