That's 25 mph.. I can go 30 mph on my bike... Sustained on flats. I average 14.5 max while commuting. But when I hit a flat road that isn't a side walk I go 30 on my large cog.

For me this is caused because my vittoria pro mountain shoes (on a road bike) are too thin. Plus I tighten them too much. Making the ratchet a bit looser helps a lot...
