i will tommrow when its light out. whats the advantage of going with a rigid fork? also, the front end is really tight. for example, it doenst spin. its stiff i guess. (handlebars and stem and such).

no its not rigid, its got some sloppy suspension...

no its not rigid, its got some sloppy suspension fork on it. Im pretty sure its the stock fork. no adjustment/lock out. And just soft all together.

The tension doesnt vary, no. But if i don't pedal just like let my legs go limp and then start pedaling again it feels like there was "slack". I dont really know how to explain it. Unless that works....

The chain is the right length, its just not staying tight. As the setup goes its a Nashbar hub laced to a Deep V (i know i know) and the nuts are serrated and flanged...
