This is NOS in the box. The left shifter just doesn't have the wire loop index/friction selector on it at all, I now don't think anything is missing.

I have a 71' P-13 touring that is 24". Same color. Factory pinstripe around the lugs. Not in as good of condition as yours, but not beat either. Perfect chrome.
