For me it definitely did. Had to go through the whole saddle picking process again. Worth it though...

Edit: playing with saddle rotation also made a difference btw, I'd try that first.

Custom frame might be in order. I'm guessing it's a pretty small frame which would have a steep seat tube angle, sounds like she needs something with at least a degree (if not two) shallower.
