Made in Wolverhampton....right outside of Birmingham where Reynolds 531 was made. I think by the mid seventies Viking was not the same company. Sold or absorbed by another company.

The first ten speeds I ever saw were a Raleigh Record and Grand Prix. I saw them at Marshall Field, in Oak Brook, Illinois, in the toy department...about 1968ish. Fields had a whole aura around it....

Decided to keep it. Cleaned and waxed the Frejus today. Decided on some Iris (rebranded CLB) centerpull brakes. Its going to be an interesting bike.
