I'm 6'4" and ride a 61cm Specialized Allez and a 62cm Trek Domane. I could have gotten along fine with a 60cm Trek, I think. As you know, 1cm is only 4/10ths of an inch.

Definitely operator error, but completely not intuitive. Pretty sure not in the instructions either, read them a few times. You put the key into the lock and then turn the key and the lock mechanism...

Having to use the key in the lock to screw the pin into the lock. I have a Yakima that you just put the pin through the hitch bar, place the lock on the pin and lock the lock.
