I would go to the shop where you bought the bike, ask them to fit the bike to you, get up off the seat when you hit bumps, and get a book on stretching and strength training. plus ride your bike...

poplock is a lockout that runs from a cable to your handlebars... the fox vanilla has a lock out too but it doesn't have a remote (you probably dont really need a remote, but they have a cool factor...
