Internal Allen head? - Find the closest Torx bit and pound it in there and unscrew it.

Start the DS without cross threading, start the NDS, tighten the DS till it bottoms on the BB shell, tighten the NDS down. I've had a few where the NDS didn't go in...

You'll have to research a couple terms - "Brake Reach" and "Nutted" or "Recessed mounting" to get what you need.
