Bottom bracket length for spacing chainstay?

I have a shimano ultegra integrated BC1.37x24(68 mm shell) and with the current measurements a big (70T) chaining would fit well.

However I'm planning on swapping the crank to a 130 BCD square...

Potentially kill the rear derailleur and modify to a single speed freewheel.
