Your very welcome, too bad the b17 didn't work out. Guess it shows how personal a bike seat is, different from one person to the next.

not sure if you are familiar with gear inches, but your 30granny-34rear gives a 24 gear inch low. A bit lower than my present cross bike with 30-32. Perfectly fine for the rather hilly stuff I ride...

Have you ever used a Brooks before? I got my first one this summer, a B17 as well and I am very very pleased with it....
