The low rider rack with the large panniers wasnít working

I took the Blackburnís off and slapped this old one on, the large panniers seem more suited for the rear. Iím going to keep my eyes out for some more bags but these will work for now....

I had a couple extra sets of 700c wheels so I grabbed the widest ones I could find and tossed some 41mm Surly Knards on them. Gnarly, is the best way of putting it.
