MotionX is probably the best app I've used. Down side is all GPS tracking apps drain your battery in 1.5hrs.
Which is fine on my touring bike with dynamo hub + USB charger but sucks on my road...

i'm pretty sure i remember hearing that Sidi Ergo 2's come out in "low volume". It was only released in the standard white color and only in Europe. Maybe you can email them and find out for sure.
