Brake Pad Insert for Shimano STX-RC?

I am having trouble finding inserts for my Shimano STX-RC brakes. The pads appear to be 65mm long. I don't find anything but NOS Shimano pads which would be quite old by now.

Any ideas?

I tightened the bolts around the ring gear. That seems to have solved the lateral run-out problem.

I was looking at my Trek 7000 and found that a few of the teeth on a couple of the chainrings didn't look so great.
The large ring (42t) also has some lateral movement.

I wouldn't part it out. Someone would love to get this bike in this condition. If you had sold it last spring in my area you might have gotten between $400-$500, maybe more.
