The frame I have is no singer, but it is very nice and light: possibly 531. It was probably equipped with just a four speed rear. I know a fabricator/Francophile so it might not be too big an issue...

Thanks again for the advice. It looks like they moved the thread to appraisals too. A cyclo-equipped routens is really my most wildest dream haha I'm very jealous. Routens is my favorite constructeur.
