I wrap em to the bend and leave the top naked. I bought mine off a teammate and he had put some grip tape on top, which is awesome because my arms don't slip when I get sweaty.

Did some sprints yesterday - so bad! I'm down ~200w from my best. Hopefully will be most of the way there by the end of the month, I generally respond well to throwing 6-8 of them into a ride 1x/week.
