Campag 8 speed cassette sizes

At the moment I can only find cassettes that go up to 26 (13-26).
Is this really the smallest gear you could get on an 8 speed campag cassette or is there a workaround?

Why? If someone is trying to cut the weight off their bike they can save a lot by switching to Hollowtech II from a square taper BB.

Thanks for the suggestions, in the end I got it out by filing away at the plastic a little to show more of the cable head and was able to get at it with a very small flat head screwdriver.

Happens in all gears, and in equal amount.
Cranks spin about 1/6 of the way round until hub engages... enough for it to be annoying!
