Thanks. Still getting a split of recommendations from numerous people between the 58/60-cm. Seems like I could shorten the stem from 110mm to 100mm if needed on the 60cm frame if slightly too long...

Yeah I'd definitely say my height is mainly in my legs as opposed to torso. I'm 6'1" (maybe just ever so slightly over that height, but basically 6'1"). I typically wear jeans (if this helps any)...
