I would not sell that bike. I'd keep it and enjoy many hours of glorious road rides.
If you insist on selling the bike, give pinkbike a try. They seem to be a good place to sell high end bikes.

A 260 weight Icebreaker base layer does a good job of keeping me warm. Plus it never stinks! Gotta love merino wool. Expensive as all get out though. Look for sales if you can.
