That looks to be a Centurion Cinelli Equipe. Sold in the US in '84 and '85 I believe. It was sold with Omega cranks and brakes, Campy NR RD and FD.

Try a Cinelli 64-42 , Giro D’Italia. Shallower than the 66 and my favorite bar (handlebar that is). Most are 26.4 diameter so will also work with what I suspect is your Cinelli 26.4 stem.
