I didn't see that your crankarms are 170mm long mentioned(?) til your pics in post 20 - but I very much doubt that 5mm shorter would solve your problem.

You'd be better off keeping that crankset...

Another option is to move the shifters further up cloer to the tops and tilting the bar down forward. It will effectively shorten the tops and extend the bottoms a few millimeters.
