Most of my early morning rides are done...

Most of my early morning rides are done fasted....If I do decide to have breakfast, I will have about 5 - 6 whole eggs cooked but with runny yolks, a large chunk of bread and a chocolate chip muffin....

I do and never had a problem but I will be 100% honest and say that even with very grippy pinned platform pedals and grippy shoes it`s still more dangerous than riding with some form of foot...
