What do you guys use to track your progress (km/miles, time on the bike, speed, etc.)

I have an app, but I'm not terribly happy with it. I've been looking at other apps, but I haven't decided on one.

I also don't care if it's free or not.

Thanks

Do you have an odometer on your bike or do you use an app to track your rides? If it's the latter, which one is it?

How many miles/km did you ride in the year 2016?

I rode a little less than 600 km, and I didn't have a bike available to me for three months of the year.

I'm still a newbie, though, and I have a lot of health problems (none very serious, but...

Some advice on what to bring and what not to bring on a 120 mile trip.
