Can't find 21.1 stem...

Can the locknut simply be replaced to accomodate a more commonly available size or does the whole headset need to be replaced? What are my options?

Also, a common size for cartridge bearings is the 2RS 6001. Any industrial supply vendor will have it. Look in the local Yellow Pages.
