Glad you're alright man. I rode around a little bit with loose bolts, but luckily got it fixed before it caused an accident. i also ride with a "inner chain ring".

Only you and your legs can decide gearing man. i suggest buying all three cogs.

I think 60-68 GI is good for me. Anything under is too slow, over and it gets to hard. Around here it gets windy...
