The rails on the original are same diameter and 1 gap between them. And yes, there is no provision for tilt adjustment, it slides onto a horizontal section of seat post pipe.

Very nice. The TOC bikes are in a world of their own. They are not difficult tow work on unless you are searching for parts. I finished my 1898 Glenwood in less than 6 weeks. Lotsa fun.
