Here is a pic of what it was doing. You can see where it was just clipping the caliper, it rubbed the paint off. Easy fix to just move the caliper over a couple of mm.

Resolved - the rotor was clipping the caliper upon further inspection. Moved the caliper slightly and sorted the click issue.
