The whole Jubilee ensemble (F&R der, shifters and cable guides) are the best looking IMHO. The BB cable guide particularly looks like it belongs on a Nervex lugged bike, like the Moto GJ and GR.

yep, it's a Grand Record. Guessing by the painted lugs its's a 72 or 73. The silver paint and clear coat from that time period had a propensity to fade away pretty badly. A new paint job is in order....
