I have two 7 speed 7400 cassette hubs in use. I customized the cassettes and used Hyperglide sprockets from standard 7s or 8s cassettes....

I've never been to Berkley, but it seems to be cool there year-round. I wear my long sleeve to avoid sunscreen and I definitely use it up to the 60s, even 70s. It breathes nicely.
