Bought some wheels for a nice price and had this mystery frame thrown in. Cleaning it up brings out Easton Elite race tube marks. Actually fits me at 55cm square for race size!

If it’s going to be a throw away decal after the year, why not use a thin vinyl one and avoid the water use. The backer glue should help seal out moisture for that long.
