You would have to remember to do the mountain stages. On mountain stages, you have to do nothing but mountains or hills. On the flat stages you also have to do a massive sprint at the end.

What is your best/favorite workout to increase maximum power? I'm talking on bike training, not weight lifting. I also have very limited access to hills (d#*$ Oklahoma City) but have plenty of wind.
