I wouldn't be too concerned with warranty stuff. Bikes don't "just" fail. Usually when a bike has issues it's due to user abuse/neglect. Pick the one that fits best.

I don't feel any bumps or abrasions. It looks like the saddle might be pointed very slightly to the right, but I haven't had problems in the last few weeks of riding since making the adjustment.
