I use the Lezyne Macro Easy GPS. I turn if off every day to save charge.
The battery lasts about 24 hours+. The only thing I don't like is the time keeps moving when you are stopped.

Yes this is the plate. I am not sure about ripping out the inner sole of the shoe. The inner sole is solidly glued in the shoe.
Looks difficult to replace.

I have a pair of Sidi Dominators that I stripped the threads on the cleat plate.
How do I replace the cleat plate. It appears the sole is glued in?

speedometer problems with Cateye

I have more than one Cateye. Strada slim and padrone.

Both drop speed occasionally. It's kind of annoying when I'm doing a timed event.

chain slips off of rear derailleur wheel

I've got a Campagnolo 10s setup.
I purchased a new Centaur 10s short cage derailleur and the chain slips off the rear wheel in high gear.
I also replace the derailleur hanger
