Replaced my Phenom saddle with a Brooks C17 Cambium and never looked back.
Second move was to replace tires with Schwalbe Marathon Plus, resulted in a firmer ride and
less concern about flats.

Baically $2100 for aluminum or $2900 for carbon. I chose the aluminum after riding both.

Bought my 54 Diverge when 54/56 were available. Went to 2 LBS and they both recommended the 54. I'm 5'9 with a 30 inch inseam. After 600 miles I'm still happy with the 54.
