Wrong side / Right side. The rider was on the sidewalk. I ride on the sidewalk when riding on busy streets because I figure it is safer, especially since I ride when drivers are in a hurry or tired....

Fork aint broke but it's (not too) badly bent.

Thanks. The fork is bent just enough that it is difficult (but not impossible) to get the just trued wheel to turn true. Again, this was noticed by my LBS during a tune up.
