6'3" tall. 63 cm frame and 130 mm stem. after reading this thread, thinking about replacing my stem to 110 mm or 120 mm due to back pains.

There's a paved trail in that area where you going. Less than a mile away from Great America/Agnew is San Tomas Aquino/Saratoga Creek Trail, its about 20 miles of paved trail.
