If I want to climb a hill I have to ride back and forth over the interstate, which I do at the end of every ride. Doesn't matter if I'm doing 20 or 80, the bridge is just under 2 miles from my house...

Good luck. Here's to a speedy recovery. I have plantar fasciitis and about the only time my foot doesn't bother me is on the bike. But then my shoes are rigid so no stretching those tendons.
