Steve Pete rides for them, they are burly bikes. And since it is a single pivot frame it will be stiff as hell. (Lateral movement) I am thinking about the 224 myself.

FR bikes are meant to have the crap kicked out of them and still work. DH bikes are hyper adjustable, so not designed to take "as big" of a beating.
